Spiritual and Cleansing Spritzers

Spiritual Spritzers are also known as Spiritual Baths. They are created with botanicals - essential oils and herbs that correspond and resonate with parts of our spirits since we are made of the same DNA. Use them to enhance prayer, meditation, contemplation, or cleanse and purify the air around you.

Simply spray the spritzer in your hand, gently rub your hands together, and cup your hands over your nose. Inhale long and deeply, exhale slowly and completely and repeat.

You can also use these Spritzers to disperse unpleasant smells in closed spaces like a car, airplane, subway, elevator, bathroom, etc. Just spray them in the air.

Centering Spiritual Spritzer — Use this spritzer when thoughts and life seem scattered, when focusing and clarity are needed or required. Use it during prayer and meditation to remind yourself that you are part of the One Source from which all life springs. Primary herbs and oils include basil, tuberose, and sage.

Courage Spiritual Spritzer—Use this spritzer when your confidence has waned and you need to trust and believe in your innate courage and bring it forward for your highest good. Primary herbs and oils include holly, pine, and cedar.

Optimism Spiritual Spritzer — Use this spritzer when you have forgotten that all life is cyclical with peaks and valleys and that this, too, shall pass. Use it to remind yourself to trust that the Universe is listening to you. Therefore, you must speak positively about what your heart desires. Primary herbs and oils include honeysuckle, thuja, and okmoss.

Harmony Spiritual Spritzer — Use this spritzer when discordant energies abound. When relationships are out of kilter. Remember that harmony creates joy and happiness. Primary herbs and oils include rose, calendula and maiden’s hair.

Cleanse & Purify—Use this spritzer to disperse any unpleasant, sudden or lingering odors. It is especially effective in closed quarters, such as cars, elevators, trains, aeroplanes, bathrooms, etc. Primary herbs and oils include eucalyptus, tea tree, orange, clove and cinnamon.
