With the upcoming holy season, it’s a wonderful time to tap into our personal abundance. Abundance is so much more than money and luxury; it’s about the richness of our inner lives. A dear friend, who is prosperous in so many ways, sent me a gift of participating in the Deepak Chopra 21-Day Abundance Meditation series. We completed the series last week, and I’d like to do it again, this time with you.
However, in the interest of full disclosure, I have come to realize that I cheated myself out of having the full experience. I told my dear friend I didn’t have time to add yet another thing to my morning rituals. You see, these daily meditations are short, sweet, and soothing, but come with homework that I believed I didn’t have time to incorporate into my “I’m so busy” days. The homework requires writing down your feelings and beliefs around the meditation question for each day. These questions ask us to look deeper, to explore our true feelings, and to examine the source of our beliefs and experiences regarding abundance.
If you are so inclined, join me, starting tomorrow, for this 21-day meditation series. By starting tomorrow, we will complete the program during one of the most sacred times of the year, the Winter Solstice. The entire month of December is a sacred time with so many high holy days from many different religious traditions. The Winter Solstice, December 21st-24th, is a time when the veil between this world and the next is thinned, allowing our intentions to be more easily received and more readily able to manifest. It’s a most auspicious time of the year, yet, most people miss it while frantically preparing for Christmas festivities. This year, COVID will allow many of us to be more internal and intentional during this consecrated time. Feel free to share this series with family and friends, and perhaps they will join you in this beautiful exploration. If you are interested in joining me in this 21-day meditation, please email me at email@example.com, and I will add you to a private WhatsApp group. Let’s do this!
