Instructions:  After the hair has been cleansed apply this Deep Conditioner generously and evenly throughout your hair.  Cover your head with a plastic cap and leave on for at least 20 minutes while sitting under a hooded dryer.  Or you can leave on for 30-45 minutes without using a dryer.

    I needed to use this more often than I did. I would use it sparingly…..don’t know why, but I liked it a lot.
