I recommend spraying the Spritzers towards the face and inhaling deeply with each spray, several time to experience the healing affects of the essential oils and herbs. Then sit quietly for at least 10-15 minutes and focus on the issue at hand. This should be repeated daily for at least a week or two, focusing on what it is that you wish to accomplish. You can carry the Spritzer with you on your daily journeys and Spritz yourself when negative thoughts try to undermine your intention. The Spritzer will be an aromatic reminder to your brain of the intention you set in your meditation and or prayer.
