8 TIPS To Keeping your skin looking Fabulous all year long!

1. Hydrate

Water will always be the go to source for nourishing healthy skin.

Stay hydrated gradually, throughout the day. Drink fluids, or eat water-rich foods.  A healthy person needs 30 to 50 ounces of fluid per day. Drinking fluids is crucial to staying healthy and maintaining the function of every system in your body, including your heart, brain, and muscles.

2. Exfoliate

Exfoliate with a dry brush one or twice a week to help to remove dead skin naturally. Dry brushing is where exfoliation meets alternative medicine, and even a bit of meditation.  Work in light, circular motions, beginning at your feet and moving upward.   Look for a brush with soft, short bristles, so it’s not irritating.
